What We Believe

The Toms River Church of the Nazarene embraces the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition, emphasizing entire sanctification. We believe that God calls all Christians to live holy lives, which involves a transformative experience where the heart is cleansed from sin and filled with divine love for God and others.

Our Beliefs

We believe in one God who is the creator and sustainer of all life, and who reveals His grace and love to the world. Our faith centers on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, offering salvation to all who believe.

Our foundation is built upon the Scriptures, which guide our beliefs and practices. We affirm that human beings are born into sin, but through Christ's sacrifice, salvation and holiness are offered to all who believe.
